yes go to ildc.gov.in
u can type telugu even without downloading software but u shud be using windows and must have ur windows CD

1.Insert the windows disk
2.Go to control panel and open Regional And Language Options
3.Select Languages
4.Select Install files for complex and right to left languages.
5.Select yes when asked and then restart.
6.Again go to Regional And Language Options and select Languages
7.Click on Details
8.Select Add
9.Now select Telugu.
10.Open Word or Notebook press alt+shift and type in telugu
